Occupation: I started work in December
1969 at Diecraft Australia in Reservoir as an apprentice Fitter & Turner.
Diecraft is an American company that produced all the plastic injection
moulds for Tupperware around the world. I worked for this company till
December 1984. During this time I finished my apprenticeship then did another
3 years to gain my Toolmaking certificate. While working there I gained
experience in all areas of the company's operations. The last 5 years I
spent working in the computer room programming for N/C machines. In 1985
Maureen & I decided we needed a change of direction in our life and
decided to take over a motel lease in Canberra with Maureen's family. We
operated this motel for 8 years, until our lease expired. I stayed on to
help the new owners get organized. Unfortunately within a month of taking
over the owner died of a heart attack, and I was asked to stay on and help
run the business until they got someone to manage it for them. For the
next 4 years I acted as Assistant Manager till the manager left, and have
managed it since.

MONTHLY JOKE
A big irishman sauntered into a Dublin bar and
shouted, "Which one of you is Michael O'Shea?"
A little man standing by the bar said, "That's
me."
The big guy walked over to him and punched him
in the mouth.
The little feller started laughing, so the big
guy hit him again and he fell down, still laughing
The hulk could not bear it." Why are you still
laughing after Oi've belted you?" he roared
"The jokes on you," said the little man. "Oi'm
not Michael O'Shea."

No prizes for this test, however it may be some
