Newsletter No. 26: May 2004

Jane Karamoshos (Turnbull) had a baby boy Oscar Theodore on the 13th May at St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne. He weighed 6lb 13ozs both mother & baby are well. Congratulations to Jim & Jane.
Ann Collins at the time of this newsletter has an exhibition of her paintings in Albury and if the first day is any indication it will be very successful as Ann sold 6 paintings on the first night.
The wedding of Carmel White and Leigh Macuean took place on the 16th May at St John's Church in Heidelberg with the reception at Balara in Eltham. Teresa and Amanda were bridesmaids. Carmel and Leigh are spending their honeymoon in Western Australia.

Occupation: Currently doing 'home duties' and loving it. Previous to this I worked for a Shopping Centre Management Co as the P.A./Office Manager for 8 years.
Hobbies - Going to the Gym (NOT!)
Interests - Shopping (I'm a shop-a-holic), Movies, Eating Out.
Children: I have two children
- Ashlea (6 years old) - Currently in Grade 2 and has aspirations of being an Olympic swimmer (she is quite good!).
- Jordyn (6 months old) - She has just learnt to roll onto her tummy and looks like crawling soon.

Favourite Holiday Destination: USA (spent 6 weeks there in 1997 and are planning another trip in 2005)
Favourite Meal: Mum's roast! (but no Tom Cruise)
Favourite Book: As my mum will tell you - she could never get me to read as a child and currently the only reading I do is with my daughter Ashlea (her homework reader!!!!)
Famous person you would like to dine with: Sean Connery
Event you would like to do at the Olympics: Rifle/Pistol Shooting
Favourite Footy or sports team - Brisbane Lions (of course!)
Pets: Recently lost 'Maverick' (cream Labrador) of 12 years, but still have Emma (black Labrador) who is 11 years old
What talent you would like to have: Acting/Singing (look out Kylie )
