John Benjamin Carwardine, born abt 1862. Annie born ??
John and Annie were married in Broken Hill, New South Wales, in 1890. Their first child Elizabeth was also born the same year in Broken Hill. Alfred was also born in Broken Hill. Alice Emily is reported to have been born in South Australia, though no record of her birth has been found as yet. The next two children were all born in Kalgorie/Boulder area of Western Australia, and the youngest Frank was born in Canning, WA.
In 1901 and 1906, John and Annie were living at 12 Lode St, Kalgorlie. John was working as a miner, and Annie was listed as doing home duties. At the time of the 1916 electoral roll, Annie was living in East Wagin and was married, though her Husband John must have died soon after. In 1925, Annie was living at Grassdale Farm in Moulyianing, doing home duties (her son Alfred and wife Fanny were also living in Moulyianing). In 1936, Annie was retired and living at 20 Hampshire St, Victoria Park. She died in 1952.
